Abstract
The IoT node can offload work to the best fog node or the cloud based on the application needs and the conditions of the adjacent fog nodes as a solution to the problem. Furthermore, fog nodes can offload tasks to one other or the cloud to balance the load and improve existing circumstances, allowing operations to be completed more efficiently.
