Abstract
In the era of digital transformation, businesses across industries are redefining their operations to leverage technological advancements and enhance their competitive edge. One area profoundly influenced by this paradigm shift is supply chain management. This research investigates the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain processes. By analyzing case studies, industry reports, and academic literature, this study aims to uncover the key drivers, challenges, and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives in supply chain management.
