Abstract
This research examines the complexities of risk evaluation and management within the context of supply chain management (SCM), aiming to identify strategies for mitigating and addressing potential disruptions. Supply chains are susceptible to various risks, including natural disasters, geopolitical instability, supplier failures, and demand fluctuations, which can have significant repercussions on operational efficiency and financial performance. Through a comprehensive literature review and empirical analysis, this study explores the diverse typologies of risks encountered in SCM and evaluates existing frameworks and methodologies for risk assessment and mitigation.
